I grew up 20 miles down the road from Avery Island, I've been there quite a few times. One of the things you've missed on was the aging process which is a pepper mash that sits in white oak barrels for 3 years. One of the best reasons for being close is you can buy wood chips when the barrels are mulched down and makes some damn good smoking wood for BBQ.

What can I say? Louisiana has the best food in the world.

I like swishin about 5 drops of the Chipotle Tabasco Pepper Sauce in my mouth directly! The sudden light flush of sweat around the facet and neck and slight burning sensation on the middle of the tongue, just nothing like that hot smokey goodnness that turns a winter day in South Dakota into hot summer day before even having a chance to swallow it! I also save the glass bottles. I have a ton of different brand hot sauces, but nothing compares to the original king of Pepper Sauces - TABASCO - They can bottle and ship up to 750,000 bottles a DAY! And they ship to what 198 of the 200 or so countries worldwide! Japan being the largest consumer outside of the US is testament to how well it goes with fish and the like! Ps when the sauce makes sweat flush my face and neck, no more runny nose and allergy issues!

Tabasco is a very nice sauce and I always have it in the house but it’s not hot enough for me personally. It’s just spicy to me as I regularly eat a lot of different chillies. When I use Tabasco I usually use almost the whole bottle on my meal to get more heat. ;) I’m a chilli-head, my favourites being chipotles and habaneros :)

                                            Indeed.

My mother broke many a wooden spoon on my ass. Haha

Then she started using the egg flipper. That made me change my tune that’s for sure. Hahaha, it never broke the skin and it was the loud snap sound that was the shock more than anything. My mother would never have let harm come to me but she wasn’t going to take abuse from a little boy either. (I don’t know where I picked up such unacceptable behaviour)

People today are weak and gutless, wrapped in cotton, special snowflakes, and absolutely deluded! I see many kids today are out of control, they scream at their parents until they submit to their demands. It’s unacceptable and I don’t tolerate it.

Parents don’t spank their children out of hate, they do it out of love and to set the kid on the right path to being a respectful individual with manners and caring towards others at a young age. Kids are naturally selfish when young and this needs correction as if it isn’t they’re in for a big shock when they get into the world on their own.

I’m the better for it. I was a cunt of a kid, a real foul mouth little bastard. Hahaha

I believe that the spiciest option in their line might be Tabasco Scorpion, available at the store on Avery Island or online. Very hot and tasty.

I know this is actully a Tabasco commercial, but I DON'T CARE, even though I knew already those facts! I'm a fanatic Tabasco heavy user from Germany. I buy the standard Tabasco sauce in one gallon (around 3.7 litres) package each year (even though it doensn't last for a whole year, more like 8 months). I wish they'd make a 5 liters bottle (that would be almost right for me, for one year). Ilove it on pizza, in hotpots, in tomato juice, on sandwiches, on bbq, an almost all fast food and so on. Each and every day. One of the best things ever created by the food industry.
