@44:00, the host gets super douchey. I get that you have no soul but man, don't be so douchey over a paper. Arguably, the host has built his entire life on the accuracy of the accepted Shakespeare history, but his bias is seriously showing.

The ginger one gets upset that he was ignorant of the document shown towards the end - as though his ignorance was the other guy's fault. Funny!

I see a devotee who, on occasion, is surprised and dismayed by the evidence. The theory is frankly fascinating. Most of us modern people do not understand how dangerous it was to be a different christian at this time in europe. The masons were pushing their version of a perfect world, where no one was above the law due to wealth or family. Culminating in the founding of the United States. To see that such prominent people were involved in a time where they could be executed for their beliefs is amazing. I am excited for the second part. I can also see the protagonist being swayed, and fighting against it. He just wants Shakespeare to be Shakespeare.

You should know that Amundsen until recently was member of a known right-wing party and is a climate sceptic. He has recently left the party called Alliansen, but it does not give him much credit.

What happened to the letter UU, meaning double "U". In this book too, you see double "v".

Ask any upper class twit - the idea of an educated middle class Englishman writing the greatest works of the English language is preposterous. Only Kings and Lords and members of the Ruling Class are smart enough to write masterpieces. Middle class and working class people are like ants or worker bees who must worship the overlords who create everything and are place by gods on top of society. Maybe Queen Elizabeth wrote Shakespeare's plays, or some other royal person.

Nah. Even the Bible Codes pretends to be statistical, though testing them proves that either the method was not completely published or the data was massaged to produce the claimed results. When the Bible Code guys were informed and asked for more information on the method they failed to respond.

OK, I don't believe Shakespeare was anything other than a jobbing playwright, I don't buy a word about conspiracies or secret codes, I think it's all a load of bullocks. However, I stopped the video two minutes in and will not now watch it because practically the first word out of the presenters mouth was the argument from authority. No longer interested in anything he wants to say.

I find the structure of this documentary quite difficult, as I wish the two individuals were able to express their whole ideas, rather than the sceptic intruding every 5 minutes. Overall, however, this code is very interesting

What about John Dee? Also... where is the Stratfordian burried? I think it’s very interesting that we don’t see any works of the man before the plays come out .... and nothing in his own handwriting. Also they say his parents were illiterate, as well as his children. And where is it that Shakespeare went to school to study? As we know even today there is such a thing as a ghost writer.
Just some things to think about.

Is it possible that the RC-Bacon gang simply infused their clues into the works of Shakespeare. Also, authoriship is one thing, but plays have to be rehearsed, actors have to be rehearsed, etc. Is there proof that any of the candidates were rehearsing these plays, etc. Also, the sheer volume of work for one man can be describes as prolific. But to add that to the works of Bacon, Marlowe et al is staggering.
